Job Description

US Technical Recruiter

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Experience: 1–4 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Timings: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (U.S. Shift)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented US Technical Recruiter with experience recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, and other non-IT positions across the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of U.S. staffing processes, tax terms, work authorizations, and full-cycle recruitment.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers and clients to deliver high-quality talent within established timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions across the U.S.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical qualifications, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
  • Recruit for engineering and non-IT roles, including Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Operations, Healthcare, Administrative, and Support functions.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Negotiate compensation, pay rates, and start dates with candidates.
  • Ensure timely submissions and maintain high-quality recruitment standards.
  • Accurately document candidate information, interview feedback, and recruitment activities within the ATS.
  • Stay informed about U.S. staffing trends, labor market conditions, and recruiting best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates, clients, and vendors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in U.S. Staffing and Recruitment.
  • Experience recruiting for Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Healthcare, or other non-IT positions.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. employment tax terms, including: W2, C2C, 1099
  • Good knowledge of U.S. work authorization and visa classifications, including: H-1B, OPT/CPT Green Card (GC), U.S. Citizen (USC), TN Visa
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
  • Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach to recruitment.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for manufacturing and engineering clients in the U.S.
  • Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and client expectations.
