DataSoft Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Recruiter to drive the growth of our US Staffing Services. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a high performing team while actively individually contributing to technical and engineering recruitment initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
- Several years of full-cycle recruitment experience in US Staffing, specifically in Technical & Engineering roles.
- Proven track record of career growth in engineering recruitment for US market.
- Strong understanding of Engineering and IT labor categories and associated technical terminology.
- Hands-on experience with Engineering Recruitment (Manufacturing, Automotive, Civil, Construction) is essential.
- Exposure to Federal and Construction/Civil/EPC recruitment is a required.
- Proficiency in various work visas (H1B, H4, E3, TN, EAD) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Experience engaging with highly experienced, technical, and skilled US Citizens.
- Familiarity with industry-standard Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and strategies. JobDiva experience is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the recruiting manager to meet individual and team targets.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, or Business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a talent pipeline through sourcing on job boards (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, Indeed) and using ATS, social media, and advanced search techniques (LinkedIn, Google, X-Ray searches).
- Screen and qualify candidates based on technical and job-specific criteria, ensuring a high-quality talent pool. Conduct consistent interviews, reference checks, and long-term relationship-building with candidates.
- Meet daily and weekly submittal and interview targets by providing top-quality candidates for our diverse US clients.
- Format resumes per client specifications, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Adhere to company recruitment processes and maintain high standards of quality.
- Manage candidate networks, build a pipeline, and oversee the entire recruiting lifecycle.
