PST Shift (08:30 PM IST 05:30 AM IST)
(Preferred experience with MSP/VMS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and evaluate IT professionals for various technical roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Utilize ATS (preferably Job Diva) platforms to track and manage candidate submissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
- Leverage various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market demands in IT recruitment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting within IT staffing.
- Strong knowledge of MSP/VMS platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a PST shift.
- Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with Fortune 500 clients/Bay area clients.
