Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT contract and C2H roles, primarily focusing on SAP modules
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for SAP contract staffing positions across various technologies
- Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand SAP role requirements and recruitment priorities
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and transparent hiring process
- Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate technical and client interviews
- Provide regular status updates and ensure timely closures for contract roles
- Handle high-volume and time-sensitive hiring while maintaining quality
- Support diversity and inclusive hiring practices
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS and trackers
Key Requirements
- 26 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment, specifically contract / C2H staffing
- Mandatory experience in hiring SAP professionals (functional and/or technical)
- Proven experience sourcing and placing candidates for SAP contract roles
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and IT recruitment best practices
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and meet tight timelines
- Immediate joiner or available to join within 20 days
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work from office, 5 days a week
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring across multiple SAP modules such as:
- Prior experience in a fast-paced IT staffing environment
- Hands-on experience with ATS, job portals, and sourcing tools
- Knowledge of current trends in IT recruitment and SAP hiring market
