Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various technical roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT positions while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Understand technical job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to close positions within timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with internal teams.
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and candidate follow-ups.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Prepare and share recruitment reports and hiring status updates.
Required Skills:
- Good understanding of IT technologies and roles (such as Python, React, PHP, Java, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to screen technical profiles effectively.
- Good negotiation and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Knowledge of IT hiring trends and recruitment strategies.
- Experience in contract and permanent hiring.
