Global Technical Recruiter – Specialist Roles (KDB+, SAP Fioneer, FSDM, Subledger)

Division: Talent Solutions, Prune Digital
Experience: 5–10 years | Full-time
At Prune Digital, we don't just power telecom and fintech — we build teams that make it happen. Our Recruitment Division is now hiring a Global Technical Recruiter to lead hiring across India, UK, and Germany, especially for niche, high-impact roles.
We're looking for someone with a deep understanding of talent acquisition for roles like:
KDB+ Developers / Engineers
SAP Fioneer (FSDM, FPSL, Subledger)
Fintech & Trading Stack Talent
What You'll Own
- End-to-end hiring for specialist technology roles
- Source and engage top global talent (LinkedIn, GitHub, niche boards)
- Build talent pipelines across India, UK, and Germany
- Partner with internal & external hiring managers
- Drive assessments, interviews & offer closure
- Work across Fintech, Trading Tech, SAP, and Telco verticals
What You Bring
- 5–10 years of technical recruitment experience
- Hands-on success hiring for deep tech and ERP roles
- Exposure to global hiring practices across the UK, EU, and India
- Strong sourcing, negotiation, and closing skills
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Boolean search
Bonus Points
- Experience in staffing for fintech, ERP, or telecom domains
- Network in niche tech communities (quant, SAP Fioneer, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and scale hiring globally
