Role Purpose
The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring operations for telecom and IT projects, ensuring SLA-driven delivery of skilled resources from requirement intake to Day-1 onboarding. This is a hands-on role balancing governance, recruiter enablement, and stakeholder alignment while ensuring ATS discipline and conversion KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Management
- Translate client requirements (telecom OSS/BSS, IT infra, cloud, DevOps, data engineering) into structured ATS requisitions.
- Validate scope, budget bands, and candidate specifications with the Account Manager.
Recruitment Operations
- Perform redeployment pool check before external sourcing.
- Manage requisitions with defined targets.
- Conduct JD debriefs with the IT Manager for recruiter enablement.
- Review and approve the internal shortlist before client submission.
Interview & Client Coordination
- Ensure scheduling accuracy, client interview readiness, and feedback loop closure.
- Act as co-organizer in client rounds, ensuring candidates are prepared.
Offer & Pre-Onboarding
- Forward OK to Release Offer to HR post-commercial approval.
- Monitor documentation, PO status, IT/asset readiness, and induction scheduling.
Governance & Enablement
- Drive ATS compliance as the single source of truth (100% milestones logged).
- Maintain sourcing quality and process adherence.
- Escalate risks to Account Manager / Operations proactively.
Key Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years of telecom & IT recruitment experience.
- Proven expertise in hiring for telecom OSS/BSS, Core, RAN, NOC, cloud, DevOps, Linux, Kubernetes, and data engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of staffing models (contract, subcontract, deployment) in large enterprise accounts.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Ceipal/Greenhouse/Workday) and assessment tools (BarRaiser).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and process enforcement skills.
