Role Overview
The Technical Recruiter will own end-to-end hiring for cloud and engineering roles, partnering closely with Engineering, Product, and Leadership to deliver high-quality talent at speed. This role is critical to building MontyCloud's technical teams during rapid scale.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Hiring & Sourcing
- Own full-cycle recruiting for cloud, platform, and engineering roles
- Build proactive pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and market mapping
- Conduct structured technical screenings and candidate assessments
Stakeholder Partnership & Execution
- Partner with hiring managers on role scoping, priorities, and timelines
- Drive hiring against defined quality, speed, and conversion metrics
- Deliver a consistent, high-bar candidate experience
Process & Metrics
- Maintain accurate hiring data and pipelines
- Track and improve time-to-hire and offer-to-join ratios
Qualifications
Required
- 4-7 years of technical recruiting experience in SaaS or product companies
- Experience hiring cloud and engineering roles
- Strong understanding of AWS-based technical environments
Preferred
- Startup or Series A/B experience
- Exposure to CloudOps, FinOps, or automation platforms
