Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, primarily for product and engineering teams.
- Build strong pipelines of qualified candidates through sourcing, networking, employee referrals, and strategic hiring campaigns.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and leadership to understand role requirements and deliver top-quality candidates efficiently.
- Conduct initial screenings, evaluate technical aptitude, and guide candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, AngelList, HackerRank, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline hiring.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote a positive employer brand in the tech community.
- Provide market insights, hiring trends, and strategies to continuously optimize the recruiting process.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on product-based company hiring.
- Proven ability to recruit for roles such as Backend/Frontend Engineers, DevOps, SDE I/II/III, Data Engineers, and Product Managers.
- Strong sourcing abilities using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and Boolean search techniques.
- Experience working with ATS systems like Greenhouse, Lever, or similar.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
