Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who understands technology roles beyond keywords and resumes. This role requires strong sourcing capability, structured evaluation skills, and the ability to partner closely with hiring managers to close quality talent efficiently.

The ideal candidate brings speed without compromising assessment depth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data, DevOps, etc.)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
  • Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate experience
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, pipeline reports, and hiring metrics
  • Negotiate offers and drive closures within agreed timelines
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles
  • Ensure a positive employer brand throughout the hiring process

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of technology roles and skill stacks
  • Experience hiring for backend, frontend, full-stack, data, DevOps, or product roles
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong screening and assessment capability
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
