Technical Recruiter ( Immediate Joiner)

This is a full-time role for a Technical Recruiter, located on-site in Gurugram. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for technical positions. The role requires liaising with hiring managers, identifying skill requirements, and ensuring the best-fit candidates are selected. The recruiter will also foster candidate relationships to build a strong talent network and meet hiring goals efficiently.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Experience in Technical Recruiting with the ability to source and assess technical talent
• Strong expertise in Recruiting techniques and strategies
• Excellent Communication skills for effective candidate engagement and team collaboration
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
