Responsibilities:
- Support and eventually lead lateral hiring needs up to mid-management level
- Manage recruitment operations, including BGC clearance, documentation, and candidate tracking
- Regularly update recruitment trackers and share dashboards within agreed timelines
- Maintain up-to-date market intelligence and talent mapping, particularly in Capital Markets
- Continuously build and nurture a strong talent pipeline through networking and outreach
- Explore and implement new sourcing channels to expand the talent pool
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers and recruitment partners to understand requirements and drive fulfillment
- Handle hiring for Capital Markets, Captives, and Consulting firms with knowledge of Financial Services recruitment
- Deal effectively with large clients, ensuring professional communication and smooth hiring processes
Required Skills & Experience:
- 23 years of experience in Recruitment or Hiring Operations Administration
- Proven experience in documentation, background checks, and tracking activities
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional email writing
- Prior experience working with large clients and stakeholder engagement
Preferred:
- Experience in hiring within Capital Markets, Consulting, or Financial Services sectors
- Exposure to captive hiring environments
