Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on IT Recruiter with strong experience in sourcing for Product and Service-based clients across India, primarily for mid to senior-level roles. The role demands end-to-end recruitment ownership with a strong focus on sourcing, screening, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for IT roles across Product & Service-based clients
- Strong hands-on sourcing using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews with candidates
- Managing candidate experience and offer closures
- Maintaining recruitment trackers, MIS, and ATS updates
- Working closely with delivery and account teams to meet hiring SLAs
- Handling multiple positions simultaneously with speed and quality
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience
- Proven experience sourcing mid to senior-level IT roles
- Exposure to pan-India hiring
- Strong knowledge of IT skill sets and hiring trends
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment
