NLB is hiring an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment and strong exposure to the US staffing market.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment and strong exposure to the US staffing market.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements for US-based clients
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment databases
• Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and client deadlines

Qualifications

• 6 months to 4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
• Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Experience working with US clients and vendors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in night shifts (US Shift)
• Good knowledge of IT skills and technologies
