Job Description

Senior Technical Recruiter – US IT Staffing (5+ Years Experience)

Location: NX One, TechZone IV, Greater Noida West

Work Mode: Onsite (Work from Office)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: Night Shift (9:00 AM EST – 6:00 PM EST)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing US Staffing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle for contract and permanent hiring.
  • Source, screen, interview, and qualify technical candidates across various technologies and skill sets.
  • Work extensively on C2C, W2, and Direct Hire requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, candidates, implementation partners, and hiring managers.
  • Understand complex technical requirements and provide quality submissions within defined timelines.
  • Negotiate compensation, availability, and onboarding details with candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment activities and candidate pipelines within ATS systems.
  • Consistently achieve recruitment KPIs and submission targets.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and share sourcing best practices where required.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing.
  • Strong experience working with Direct Clients and Implementation Partners.
  • Proven expertise in C2C and W2 hiring models.
  • Excellent understanding of US work authorizations including H1B, H4 EAD, OPT, CPT, GC, TN Visa, and US Citizens.
  • Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, JobDiva, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting across technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, ERP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Emerging Technologies.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required; technical background preferred.
