Job Description

The Deputy Manager -Talent Acquisition is critical in driving the recruitment strategy and execution for technical-related positions across the organization. This role involves leading a team of recruiters, managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, and ensuring the attraction and selection of top-tier sales talent. The Deputy Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with sales objectives and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership:
  • Manage specializing in tech hiring, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
  • Establish the teams recruitment goals and performance metrics to meet targets.
  • Recruitment Strategy:
  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract high-performing tech professionals.
  • Partner with tech leaders and hiring managers to understand sales team needs and forecast hiring requirements.
  • Talent Sourcing:
  • Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events to find and engage top sales talent.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified sales candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and nurture relationships with sales leadership and hiring managers to ensure alignment on recruitment needs and strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress, metrics, and market trends to senior management.
  • Qualifications:
  • Education:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master s degree or relevant certification
  • Experience:Minimum of [5-7] years of experience in recruitment, with at least [2-3] years specializing in sales hiring.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities with a focus on sales recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with sales leaders and candidates.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful sales recruitment strategies.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, with a strong understanding of sales roles and industry trends.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions.
