The Deputy Manager -Talent Acquisition is critical in driving the recruitment strategy and execution for technical-related positions across the organization. This role involves leading a team of recruiters, managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, and ensuring the attraction and selection of top-tier sales talent. The Deputy Manager will collaborate closely with leadership and hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with sales objectives and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership:
- Manage specializing in tech hiring, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
- Establish the teams recruitment goals and performance metrics to meet targets.
- Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract high-performing tech professionals.
- Partner with tech leaders and hiring managers to understand sales team needs and forecast hiring requirements.
- Talent Sourcing:
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events to find and engage top sales talent.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified sales candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with sales leadership and hiring managers to ensure alignment on recruitment needs and strategies.
- Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress, metrics, and market trends to senior management.
- Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master s degree or relevant certification
