We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment activities for both domestic (India) and U.S. hiring requirements. The role involves sourcing, screening, and closing technical positions across various domains while ensuring a strong candidate experience and timely fulfillment of client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Work closely with hiring managers and account leads to understand technical requirements and workforce needs.
- Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, etc.), internal databases, referrals, and networking.
- Identify and engage passive candidates for niche and critical roles.
- Handle both domestic (India-based) and U.S. recruitment requirements with appropriate sourcing strategies.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, communication ability, cultural fit, and role alignment.
- Maintain strong pipelines for high-demand technologies such as IT, software development, cloud, data engineering, DevOps, and enterprise applications.
- Negotiate compensation packages in alignment with market standards and client budgets.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, visa requirements (for U.S. roles), and internal hiring processes.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience recruiting for IT/technical roles (developers, engineers, analysts, cloud, etc.).
- Experience working on both domestic (India) and U.S. staffing/recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and job roles.
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with U.S. hiring practices, time zones, and visa categories (H1B, GC, USC, CPT/OPT).
- Experience working with ATS tools (Bullhorn, Ceipal, Workday, or similar).
- Strong network of technical candidates across multiple domains.
