Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter based in Hyderabad. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the recruiting process in the European region, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for technical roles. Daily tasks include identifying talented candidates, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Recruiting
• Experience in handling requirements across all technology domains.
• Ability to negotiate pay rates and handle candidate concerns related to salary, relocation, and joining dates.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
• Proficiency in recruiting tools and platforms
• Previous experience in IT consulting or staffing industry with International exposure( Europe/UK/USA)
• Proficient in maintaining and updating candidate databases and preparation of weekly/monthly reports.
