SR. PROFESSIONAL RECRUITER

When it comes to Professional Recruiting, think next-level recruiting. Recruiters are experts in their craft, focused on job seekers and our consultants. Their job is to identify top talent, then work to pair those candidates with the perfect job.

Once the placement is made, our Professional Recruiters continue to work closely with each consultant guaranteeing a world-class experience and offering continued support throughout their careers. Our Professional Recruiters accounted for over 80% of our job placements last year.

MUST HAVES

• 3+ years of Technical Recruiting experience
• Career longevity and proven track record of performance
• Experience in full lifecycle recruiting (sourcing, screen, onboarding, and consultant management) in the India market
• Background and willingness to be in a high-call volume environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Word)
• Experience using job boards or other recruiting platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Naukri, Career Builder)
• Strong understanding of pay rate negotiation
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Flexible hours may be needed to support customers in different time zones

• Previous staffing company experience
• Experience with technical recruiting outside of the India market
