Roles & Responsibility:
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screening & Interviews: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
- Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and future workforce needs.
- Offer Negotiation: Discuss salaries, benefits, and employment terms with candidates.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new hires in transitioning smoothly into the organization.
Skill & Qualification:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates and managers.
- Analytical ability to evaluate resumes and match skills to job requirements.
- Negotiation skills for handling offers and counteroffers.
- Tech-savviness with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
