Job Description

Reviewing client job descriptions, sourcing, screening, qualifying and submitting resumes based on the clients needs.
Sourcing from different job boards and LinkedIn.
Foster long-term relationship with candidates.
Should have the ability to do proactive recruitment, pipeline candidates through various recruiting and social networking sites.
Utilize innovative and effective convincing/negotiation skills to attract top talent.
Should have understanding and ability to meet all quality parameters before submitting resume.
Ensure that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
Should be business professional and have technical hiring experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with collaborative team spirit.
Must have W2 hiring experience
