Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and tech-savvy Technical Recruiter / TA Specialist to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing high-quality technology professionals, and building strong talent pipelines across niche engineering domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills and business requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews and evaluate communication, technical exposure, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active technical talent.
• Use Boolean search, X-Ray search, and advanced sourcing techniques to identify niche talent.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular hiring updates.
• Stay current with emerging technology trends and evolving talent markets.
