Job purpose:
This job will exclusively focus on managing IT / Technical requirements for MNC's / Start-ups / GICs. This role requires working hands-on critical roles at the client organizations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist various customers build their world class tech teams around, Data Science, Cloud, AI/ML, Blockchain, Digital, Product Engineering & Embedded Technologies.
- Client & Stakeholder Management.
- Own the client requirements and delight the customer with quality & timely delivery.
- Responsible for managing the client & their expectations.
- Should have excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non-conventional channels of recruitment.
Experience and Soft Skills Required:
- Experience 4-7 years
- Must have good understanding of latest technology hiring trends.
- Demonstrable track record of successfully managing the full recruiting lifecycle, which includes the ability to develop clients and build a pipeline of candidates. Thereby, managing entire process.
- Hands on experience on various job portals used for sourcing.
- Strong understanding of the key metrics to track in the recruiting process.
- Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills.
- Has passion to constantly exceed own quality benchmarks and is a self-starter.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
