Required Skills:-
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for entire Recruitment lifecycle for US region right from searching/sourcing and screening resumes, coordinating, and conducting interviews.
- Identification of the best sourcing methodologies according to the position through Job portals, Candidate reference, Database, Networking, LinkedIn, head Hunting, etc. and able to work under pressure and high-volume environment quotas.
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in the software industry, with a focus on senior engineer, product and niche technical roles.
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting for US staffing Market.
- Self-motivated, with a passion for recruitment.
- Experience working on MSP/VMS/System Integrator model.
- Should have experience handling IT requirements
- Proficient in sourcing right candidates through extensive portal search and social media.
- Exceptional oral & written communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets.
- Should have strong experience working on W2, Contract and Contract to hire positions.
- Extensive knowledge on US Tax terms, US Staffing statutory requirements, HR contracting process and pay rates.
- Candidate shall be self-motivated & high on achievement orientation.
- Should have the ability to meet deadlines, deliver results and handle pressure.
- Excellent client interfacing skills, communication skills Organized, disciplined and productive Comfortable to work in night shift(Mandatory)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
- Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates.
- Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements.
- Responsible for negotiation, paperwork validation and closing on candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Maintaining Candidate relation on the progress of submittals made, Interview Coordination.
- Maintaining data integrity in our ATS to report on recruitment data.
- Think like an owner. Take ownership and initiative within the tasks that have been assigned to you. Ability to work effectively and independently.
- Proven ability to successfully identify and qualify a diverse pool of technical candidates through LinkedIn, resume reviews, and other creative sourcing methods.
- Positive personality and willingness to jump in and help with special projects.
- Strong work ethic, high sense of urgency, and ability to deliver results.
