Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for IT and engineering roles. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across various technologies, along with stakeholder management and recruitment strategy (for Lead level).
Key Responsibilities
For Both Executive & Lead
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand technical requirements and translate them into effective hiring strategies
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and Boolean search
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical discussions
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and ATS
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Additional Responsibilities (Lead Level)
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters
- Work closely with business leaders to plan hiring strategy and workforce planning
- Track and improve recruitment metrics (TAT, quality of hire, closure ratio)
- Drive employer branding and talent engagement initiatives
- Handle senior and niche hiring mandates
- Optimize sourcing strategies and channels
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, etc.)
- Expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in anytechnical field (B.E/B.tech/BCA/B.sc)
- 13 years (Executive) / 46 years (Lead) in technical recruitment
