Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter with 24 years of experience in IT staffing to support our direct clients in the Banking and Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate should have strong experience sourcing and hiring for technical roles commonly required by financial institutions, along with experience working directly with hiring managers and maintaining high-quality candidate pipelines.
Experience supporting clients based in New York (NY) and New Jersey (NJ) will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions supporting Banking and Financial Services clients.
- Work closely with direct clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring expectations.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, and Boolean search techniques.
- Screen and evaluate candidates for technical competencies, communication skills, and client requirements.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates for ongoing and future requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations between candidates and clients.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems and track recruitment progress.
- Ensure quick turnaround time and high-quality submissions for client requirements.
- Stay updated on technological trends and hiring patterns within the Banking and Financial Services domain.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 24 years of experience in USAIT/Technical recruitment within a staffing or consulting environment.
- Hands-on experience recruiting for direct clients in the Banking & Financial Services sector.
- Strong understanding of technical roles commonly hired by financial institutions (e.g., Java Developers, Data Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Business Analysts, etc.).
- Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, and job portals.
- Excellent candidate screening and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with US-based clients, particularly in New York (NY) and New Jersey (NJ).
- Familiarity with US staffing processes and recruitment cycles.
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
