We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, specifically for technical roles, and will be responsible for attracting and identifying top talent to fill various positions within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, and other platforms
  • Strong knowledge in technical roles and requirements
  • Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database
  • Manage the hiring process from application to onboarding
  • Build relationships with potential candidates and maintain a talent pipeline
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions
