Technical Recruiter-(REMOTE) Engineering/Healthcare
Incentive: 50,000(Rs)/ Per Joining
Base Salary: 30K to 50K/Month
As a Technical Recruiter at Artifact:
Core Expectations: Sourcing the candidates from Linkedin and Monster and submitting them as per the client format. Proactively source candidates through cold calling/emailing.
You will play a vital role in driving our success by sourcing, recruiting, and placing top talent in the Engineering, healthcare, and Non-IT field. You will leverage your knowledge and skills to build strong relationships with candidates, identify qualified individuals, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Sourcing and Recruitment:
Utilize various tools and platforms to identify and attract qualified scientific, healthcare, and clinical candidates across various industries.
Conduct targeted searches on job boards, social media, and internal databases to discover potential candidates.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in a Engineering or Healthcare/Science field (may be optional with extensive technical recruiting experience)
EXPERIENCE
3-7 years of experience in a Non-IT/Engineering or Healthcare discipline (Nuses/Electrical Engineer/Medical Technologist).
Prior experience in a full-cycle recruiting role (ideally within an agency setting)
SKILLS REQUIRED
. Boolean Search on Monster, Dice and Linked is most essential requirement for this position
Proficiency with various applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
