Role Overview
We are hiring a HR Specialist who can independently manage hiring pipelines, improve conversion ratios, and drive quality hiring for revenue-generating roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for non tech roles (Pre-Sales, Sales Managers, Marketing & etc)
- Manage bulk hiring and ensure timely closure of open positions
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (job portals, consultants, references)
- Screen, shortlist, and ensure quality candidate pipeline
- Drive interview coordination and improve selection efficiency
- Monitor and improve offer-to-joining ratio and reduce drop-offs
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly hiring KPIs
- Coordinate with sales leadership for manpower planning and feedback
- Oversee onboarding process and ensure smooth employee integration
- Maintain HR MIS, recruitment trackers, and reports
- Implement performance management processes for sales teams
- Analyze attrition and execute retention strategies
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (preferably in sales hiring)
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Good understanding of hiring metrics and funnels
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- High ownership, accountability, and execution focus
