Who Are We Looking For

We are seeking motivated IT Recruiters with 2 to 8 years of experience to join our growing team in Trichy. As part of our U.S. recruiting division, you will help source, recruit, and place top IT professionals across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and engage Non-IT/IT professionals for U.S.-based positions
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: from sourcing to interview coordination
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Use various tools and platforms like job boards, LinkedIn, ATS, and internal databases

Requirements:

• 2 to 8 years of Non-IT/IT recruiting experience (preferably in U.S. staffing)
• Strong sourcing and communication skills
• Ability to work during U.S. shift hours
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus
