We are seeking an experienced Lead US IT Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time IT roles. You will also mentor a small team of recruiters and collaborate closely with Account Managers to meet client hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals
• Negotiate pay rates, employment terms, and coordinate interviews with clients.
• Leading a team of recruiters and providing them with guidance and support
• Verifying the candidate submissions and proceed with the client requirements
• Train, mentor, and monitor junior recruiters to ensure team performance and target achievement.
• Work closely with Account Managers to understand client needs and priorities.
• Ensure compliance with US staffing processes, documentation, and labor regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and clients for repeat business.
• Handle POC's and address the requirements using the team manpower

Must Have Skills:

• Full-cycle recruiting (sourcing screening offer negotiation onboarding)
• Negotiation skills (salary, benefits, relocation, etc.)
• ATS management (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, CEIPAL, iCIMS, etc.)
• Boolean search expertise (Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, etc.)
• Client Handling
• Team Handling
