Key Responsibilitie
- s:Source and identify qualified IT candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, social media, and internal database
- s.Screen candidates through phone calls and video interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fi
- t.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client
- s.Negotiate compensation, benefits, and contract terms with candidate
- s.Maintain strong relationships with candidates for future hiring need
