Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruiting life cycle, sourcing and hiring top technical talent, working closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Tasks include screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and building strong talent pipelines to support organizational growth.

• Expertise in Technical Recruiting and identifying high-quality technical talent
• Demonstrated skill in Recruiting and sourcing for specialized positions
• Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities for interacting with candidates and hiring teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Proven track record in building talent pipelines
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
