Technical Recruiter

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in US Technical full-cycle recruiting
• Good understanding of US work visas
• Expertise in job boards like Ceipal, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, closing, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work night shifts
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified IT professionals for various roles
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through various sourcing channels.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with clients and candidates to schedule interviews and follow up on feedback.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the US IT market.
