Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Source candidates for open positions using job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools.
- Screening and Shortlisting: Conduct initial candidate screenings through calls or emails to evaluate skills and qualifications.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring an excellent experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Client Interaction: Work with the recruitment team to understand client needs and assist in fulfilling staffing requirements.
- Database Management: Update and maintain the candidate database and track recruitment activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. You should be able to communicate confidently with candidates and clients.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, etc.
