We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with 4+ years of IT hiring experience to manage end-to-end recruitment and deliver high-quality tech talent across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Screen and shortlist candidates through HR/technical discussions.
• Coordinate interviews and drive hiring closures within timelines.
• Handle offer negotiation, follow-ups, and onboarding support.
• Maintain strong stakeholder and candidate relationships.

Skills Required

• Strong experience in IT/Technical hiring.
• Expertise in sourcing and Boolean search.
• Familiar with hiring for Developers, Cloud/DevOps, Data, QA, and AI/ML roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment.
