We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with 4+ years of IT hiring experience to manage end-to-end recruitment and deliver high-quality tech talent across multiple domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Screen and shortlist candidates through HR/technical discussions.
- Coordinate interviews and drive hiring closures within timelines.
- Handle offer negotiation, follow-ups, and onboarding support.
- Maintain strong stakeholder and candidate relationships.
Skills Required
- Strong experience in IT/Technical hiring.
- Expertise in sourcing and Boolean search.
- Familiar with hiring for Developers, Cloud/DevOps, Data, QA, and AI/ML roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment.
