We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter who can take ownership of end-to-end hiring for both technical and non-technical roles across the organization. You will play a key role in building a high-performing team by identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent for niche and critical positions in our growing product-based B2B company.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, team structures, and role requirements.
- Source top talent through creative channels LinkedIn, GitHub, AngelList, communities, referrals, and more.
- Drive hiring for niche technical roles (e. g., Backend Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, Product Managers) as well as non-tech roles (e. g., Marketing, Customer Success, Design, Sales).
- Assess candidates for technical fit, culture fit, and long-term potential.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Track and report hiring metrics to improve process efficiency and candidate experience.
- Stay up-to-date with hiring trends and market intelligence in the tech ecosystem.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in tech recruitment for product-based or fast-scaling startups.
- Proven experience in hiring across engineering, product, and business functions.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, modern tech stacks, and startup culture.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and deliver within timelines.
