Job Description

Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Experience: 3 – 7 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Shift: US Shift / Night Shift (06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST)

Position Summary

We are looking for a metrics-driven Technical Recruiter with 3–7 years of experience in US IT Staffing. You will handle the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on high-quality technical screening, fast turnaround times (TATs), and exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source & Vet: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and job boards to find and thoroughly pre-screen technical talent (Software Engineers, Cloud Architect, DBAs, etc.).
  • Pipeline Management: Manage candidates from initial outreach through technical vetting, client interviews, and final offer negotiation.
  • Process Excellence: Maintain a data-informed approach to track delivery metrics, minimize drop-out rates, and hit submittal targets.

Requirements

  • 3 to 7 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in US IT Staffing.
  • Solid understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types.
  • Strong technical literacy—ability to comfortably talk shop with senior tech talent.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
