We are looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top technical talent. You will play a key role in supporting our company's growth by finding the right candidates for our open positions.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates using various recruiting tools and platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and teams
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance and onboarding
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions accordingly
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or related field
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required for various IT positions
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Job Portals, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess candidates technical skills effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple openings simultaneously
