Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles
- Source candidates through portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, and employee referrals
- Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with hiring teams
- Collaborate closely with department leads to understand hiring requirements
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS
- Support employer branding and talent outreach initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR/Management preferred)
- 35 years of experience in technical recruitment (IT services or product companies)
- Strong understanding of technical skills, job roles, and recruitment trends
- Proficiency with sourcing tools, ATS, and recruitment databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
