Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter with strong hands-on experience in technical hiring. This role involves owning end-to-end recruitment across technical and business functions, with a primary focus on DevOps, SRE, cloud, and software engineering roles. The recruiter will work closely with founders, hiring managers, and leadership to build high-quality teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment from requirement intake to offer rollout and closure.
  • Lead hiring for DevOps, SRE, Cloud Engineers, and Software Developers, along with other roles such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations, as required.
  • Partner with hiring managers to clearly understand role expectations, success criteria, and hiring priorities.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct detailed screening for technical capability, role fit, and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes, feedback loops, and stakeholder communication.
  • Drive offer discussions, negotiation, and candidate closure, ensuring alignment between business needs and candidate expectations.
  • Ensure a smooth, transparent, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate hiring pipelines, trackers, and recruitment data.
  • Support onboarding coordination and hiring-related documentation.
  • Contribute to referral programs, employer branding efforts, and people-related initiatives such as policies or employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in technical recruitment.
  • Proven experience hiring for engineering roles, especially DevOps, SRE, cloud, or software development.
  • Strong experience in offer management, negotiation, and closure.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions across different job functions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization.
  • High ownership mindset with strong execution discipline.
