Role Summary
We are building a large team! We are seeking experienced, self-driven Recruiters who thrive in high-energy environments where agility, focus, and precision matter. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, screening, and engaging top talent across multiple job categoriessupporting large volumes of incoming requirements with speed and consistency. This team will support the US geography.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across a large volume of active requisitions
- Leverage multiple sourcing platforms and ATS/CRM tools to identify top candidates
- Screen, qualify, and submit candidates in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Collaborate closely with account managers and delivery leads to understand client needs
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and documentation for compliance and reporting
- Build long-term talent relationships through strong communication and follow-up practices
- Adapt quickly to changing client priorities and shifting demand patterns
Qualifications
- 25 years of hands-on recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume staffing
- Proven track record of working with staffing agencies or managed service programs (MSPs)
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, job boards, and Boolean search techniques
- Strong communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Experience working with time-sensitive requirements and multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team
- US staffing experience preferred for India-based candidates
