About the Role:

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Recruiter located in Bengaluru. We are looking for passionate and driven IT/Technical Recruiters with 1yr to 5yrs experience who are eager to make an impact in the tech hiring space. Whether you're just starting out or have a few years of experience, if you're excited to work with top product companies and build tech teams, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand technical job requirements from product-based clients.

  • Source and screen profiles using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, and internal databases.

  • Conduct initial telephonic rounds to evaluate candidates communication and technical fit.

  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and market trends in the product-tech space.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 0-5 years in IT or technical recruitment.

  • Education: Any Graduate (B.Tech/B.E./MBA preferred but not mandatory).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Prior exposure to product-based client hiring is highly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of tech roles like Software Engineers, Frontend/Backend Developers, DevOps, QA, etc.

  • Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for recruitment and willingness to learn
