We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter with 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, with a focus on IT and technical roles. Preferred experience in handling C2H positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles (sourcing to onboarding)
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate technical interviews
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Experience in working with contract to hire.
Required Skills:
- Strong sourcing and screening skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Familiarity with IT/technical job roles and terminologies
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in handling C2H recruitment preferred
- Preferred only Immediate joiners
