About the Role:

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with strong exposure to deep tech hiring to support our growing Quantum Computing and AI teams. This role requires hands-on experience recruiting highly specialized engineering and research talent, the ability to work closely with technical stakeholders, and a strong understanding of emerging technology landscapes. You will play a critical role in scaling niche, high-impact teams by delivering a world-class candidate experience while operating in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for highly technical roles across Quantum Computing, AI/ML, GenAI, software engineering, and research domains
  • Partner closely with Vps, hiring managers, tech leads and founders to deeply understand role requirements, skill expectations, and team goals
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, research communities, referrals and niche talent platforms
  • Screen and assess candidates for both technical depth and cultural alignment through structured interviews
  • Coordinate and manage technical interview loops, feedback collection, and hiring decisions
  • Drive offer management and salary negotiations, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks and internal equity
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and future-ready roles
  • Ensure a seamless, inclusive, and high-touch candidate experience across all stages of hiring
  • Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS hygiene, and provide regular hiring insights to stakeholders
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring patterns across Quantum roles, AI/ML, and emerging technologies

Ideal Profile:

  • 23 years of experience in technical recruiting within a fast-paced IT, deep tech, startup, or product-based environment
  • Bachelor's degree (B.Tech or B.E.) in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience hiring for AI/ML, GenAI, data science, software engineering, or advanced R&D roles
  • Strong understanding of technical skills, role expectations, and evolving tech stacks
  • Hands-on experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other modern recruitment platforms
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority roles simultaneously under tight timelines
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience closing complex offers
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and hiring metrics to drive decisions
  • Experience using ATS and HR tools to manage pipelines and reporting

  • Prior experience recruiting for Quantum Computing, deep tech, or research-focused roles
  • Exposure to global hiring
  • Familiarity with diversity-focused sourcing strategies
  • Experience working in startup or scale-up environments
