Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team in Pune. This onsite role requires working in PST shift hours and focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent. Experience with MSP/VMS platforms is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and evaluate IT professionals for various technical roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Utilize MSP/VMS platforms to track and manage candidate submissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
- Leverage various sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market demands in IT recruitment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting within IT staffing.
- Strong knowledge of MSP/VMS platforms.
- Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
