Key Responsibilities

Candidate Management & Recruitment

• Understand client hiring requirements and job specifications in detail.
• Source, screen, assess, and engage high-quality candidates across technology domains.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and on boarding.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Conduct reference checks and ensure candidate readiness throughout the hiring process.
• Follow up on offers, joining status, and on boarding activities.

Relationship Building

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates through regular engagement.
• Act as a career advisor by aligning candidate aspirations with suitable opportunities.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for specialized technology skill sets.
• Conduct meetings with candidates via phone, video conferencing, and face-to-face interactions.

Required Qualifications

Education

• B.E. / B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, or equivalent qualification.

Experience

Candidate Manager

• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the Automotive, Semiconductor, VLSI, Embedded Systems, Electronics, or Engineering hiring domains.

Senior Candidate Manager

• 4–6 years of experience in recruitment with a strong focus on Automotive, Semiconductor, VLSI, Embedded Systems, and Engineering hiring.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate relationship management.
