Senior Technical Recruiter

About the Role:

You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and hiring exceptional talent to fuel our company's growth. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand the unique needs of our Tech & Product teams and help find the best candidates to drive our mission forward. Your role will involve managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding.

As a Senior TA in Arisinfra you will -

● Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings and sourcing to interviews and offer extensions.

● Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify top candidates.

● Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring efficiency for hiring managers and employees.

● Build and implement key recruitment metrics for all tech hiring efforts.

● Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on hiring progress, challenges, and insights.

● Consult and collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to develop strategic hiring plans.

● Proactively source, screen, and engage both passive and active candidates.

● Review resumes and conduct phone screens to assess candidates knowledge, experience, motivation, and overall fit.

● Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

● Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Skills Required -

● 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end Tech & Product recruitment.

● Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, hiring strategies, and talent acquisition trends.

● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

● Proven ability to source and attract top-tier talent in competitive markets.

● Strong analytical skills to interpret recruiting data and refine hiring processes.
