About The Role: We are hiring a full-time Technical Recruiter for a hybrid role based in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will own the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions across AGT's delivery organization, from sourcing and screening to offer closure and onboarding coordination.

You will work closely with delivery leads and operations teams to understand hiring requirements, build strong talent pipelines, and hire high-quality technical talent efficiently.

Location: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday

What You'll Do:

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for technical roles including Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, Data Engineers, and other delivery positions
• Source candidates proactively via LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other relevant platforms
• Screen and evaluate candidates for technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment
• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes in collaboration with hiring managers
• Prepare and extend offers, manage salary negotiations, and drive offers to closure
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data within the ATS and provide regular hiring status updates to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for recurring and high-volume roles
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate with HR and operations teams to facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires
• Track and report on key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness
• Stay current on market trends including compensation benchmarks and talent availability

What We're Looking For:

• 2-5 years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience, ideally within a technology services, staffing, or product/engineering environment
• Proven ability to source and close technical talent in the India market (software engineers, QA, data, cloud/DevOps)
• Familiarity with local sourcing platforms - Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Instahyre, or similar
• Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working across time zones
• Experience with ATS platforms and basic recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, etc.)
• Ability to operate independently

Nice to have:

• Experience recruiting for enterprise technology clients (insurance, fintech, public sector)
• Exposure to offshore delivery or staff augmentation models
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
