Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager with a strong technical background and hands-on Agile experience to lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful end-to-end project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile adoption and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Drive project delivery, remove blockers, manage risks, and ensure timeline and quality adherence.
- Leverage technical expertise to collaborate with engineering teams and support CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Track progress, report project metrics, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee full project lifecycles using tools like Jira and Confluence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 12 years of hands-on development or technical delivery experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience in Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
